Partial Wedding Planning 

This Wedding Package is for couples who require less time and detailed planning than our Full-Service wedding planning option. This package is for couples who enjoy doing most of the planning and details on their own but would like help organizing, executing pre-wedding, and full-service coordination on the day of their wedding.

Pre- Wedding

• Unlimited Phone & Email Correspondence
• Wedding planning timeline preparation and creating a wedding checklist
• Personal client portal on Aisle Planner, with budget tracking, design studio, guest list tracking, and to-do list
• Assistance with sourcing, vetting, and booking vendors
• Etiquette information
• General advice and consultation
• Creating a wedding planning checklist
• Three pre-wedding phone or zoom consultations
• Scouting & Vetting of Vendors
• Correspondence and timeline management of all vendors
• Proper Wedding etiquette direction
• General advice and consultation
• Coordination & Confirmation of all vendors

Wedding Day 

• (2) Day of Coordinators for 8 hours on-site – This time will be broken down into shifts, so we do have a planner on site for the entirety of the event
• Directing the ceremony, timing, processional, reception, and speeches
• Coordinating and executing the setup of the wedding
• Organization & execution of unique details such as signs, place cards, menus, guest books, etc.,
• Coordinating personal flowers distribution for guests with boutonnieres, corsages, and bouquets
• Wedding day point of contact for all vendors and wedding party
• Providing our wedding planning emergency kit
• Dealing with last-minute issues, problems, and hurdles…. These do happen! 
• Facilitating & directing clean up, breakdown, load out, and assuring rentals return to the proper company on time.
