Full-Service Wedding Coordination packages are for couples who want full-time wedding planners’ assistance with every element of their special day. 

Pre- Wedding 

• In-Person Design Meeting & Venue Walkthrough/Planning Meeting
• Unlimited Phone & Email Correspondence
• Entire Weekend Planning Assistance Including; Welcome Party, Rehearsal Dinner, Wedding Day, and Final Brunch
• In-Person Wedding Planning Meeting
• In-Person Mid-Wedding Planning Meeting
• In-Person Design Meeting
• Attendance at Venue Tours & Walkthroughs
• Wedding day timeline, creation, and wedding checklist
• Personal client portal on Aisle Planner, with budget tracking, design studio, guest list tracking, and to-do lists
• Assistance with Sourcing & Creating Custom Design Elements
• Sourcing Of Vendors Ideal For Your Style & Budget
• The ceremony, Reception, Rehearsal Dinner, & Farewell Brunch Venue Scouting
• Correspondence and timeline management of all vendors
• Contract and Invoicing for all vendors
• Complete Event Design, Including Overall Aesthetic, Color Palette, and Key Elements
• Coordinating hotel/ Airbnb accommodations, Transportation Services, and childcare recommendations
• Proper Wedding etiquette direction
• General advice and consultation
• Coordination & Attendance at vendor meetings

Wedding Day 

• (2) Day of Coordinators for 8 hours on-site – This time will be broken down into shifts, so we do have a planner on site for the entirety of the event
• Directing the ceremony, timing, processional, reception, and speeches
• Coordinating and assisting with the setup of the ceremony and reception
• Arrangement of wedding accessories such as a guest book, place cards, favors, etc.
• Coordinating personal flowers distribution for guests with boutonnieres, corsages, and bouquets
• Wedding day point of contact for all vendors and wedding party
• Distributing final payment and gratuity to vendors
• Providing our wedding planning emergency kit
• Dealing with last-minute issues, problems, and hurdles…. These do happen! 
• Facilitating & directing clean up, breakdown, load out, and assuring rentals return to the proper company on time.
