Terran Ward

I was born and raised in Asheville, NC and proud to be a “True Ashevillian.” I attended North Carolina Central University and studied Entrepreneurship with a minor in Hospitality & Tourism. 

Before opening Della Terra Beauty & The Luxury Wedding Co. I worked for 10 years in the hospitality and tourism industry for Hilton, Marriott, and A Luxury Boutique Brand, The Kessler Collection. Working events in the hospitality industry really trained and developed my skillset to learn how to work directly with luxury clientele.

I knew from the time I was a little girl that I wanted to own a business. Being in love with all things design, beauty, and fashion, owning two businesses that allow me to express myself creatively was right up my ally! I quickly realized after opening Della Terra that there was a need in the wedding market for couples who are more laid back when it comes to the wedding planning process, but still want a luxury wedding. From there, The Luxury Wedding Co. was born.

I now have a beautiful daughter, Casey Hayze, and we love hanging out and playing fetch with our Boxer/Bulldog mix Mina. In my spare time I love to play a round of golf and have a cold beer.
